Kieran's First Haircut: Before and During

2009-it's a new year.

It's now the beginning of February and Kieran is 18 months now. His motor skills are doing just fine as he runs in every direction, climbs what he can, grabs what he finds and in general, stays "very busy". He jabbers quite a bit and really tries to repeat words after you, but amusingly, he never gets it right.....unless the word is "daddy, ball, dog and/or mommy".

As for everything else, all is well. Sanj and I continue to work (and have jobs!!!), we enjoy our evenings with Kieran.

It was 70 degrees yesterday (during the first week of Feb!!!) so Kieran and I went to the neighborhood park/playground. Here's some pics from the outing. I think he was happy to be outside enjoying the warm sunshine.

Chrsitmas Time!

Kieran enjoyed Christmas in Nashville this year with his Grandma and Grandpa Patel and his Kaki Ba and Sheenal Masi. Kieran scored a tricycle among other goodies. He was still too young (15 months) to understand Santa and the present giving, but destroying presents and the wrapping paper proved to be a good time. After Christrmas, we all loaded up and went to Indiana so Kieran could visit his daddy's side of the family and hang out with his little cousins-Brynn, Bridget and Mary Ellen...and with his Aunt Jenny, Uncle Brian and Grandma Trish and Grandpa Tom. All in all, Kieran had a great time.

Sanjana and I took in a Colts-Titans massacrer up in the Colts new stadium that weekend. Great venue, major Colts' butt kicking.
